Nice vegan spot on the corner. Came here a couple times during my stay. Bfast sandwiches are good. I liked the smoothies. I try to stay away from a lot of the vegan processed stuff though. I will eat the in house burgers & what not.

If you're looking for a vegan restaurant that doesn't heavily rely on soy products come to Nourish. If you're a new vegan or just want to eat something healthy, come to Nourish. Unfortunately I only discovered Nourish a couple of weeks ago. I have truly been missing out on really great vegan food. I stopped by on the weekend and the place was packed! I ordered a Divine Dish which gives you the option to pick 3 to 5 items which is great if you're trying to get an idea of the kind of food they offer. I had the teriyaki steak, Mac and cheese, butternut squash and quinoa. It was amazing. The steak was made from vital wheat gluten and well seasoned. It was a nice balance of sweet and salty. The Mac and cheese was good as well and didn't taste of nutritional yeast which really is an acquired taste. My friend ordered the "crab cake" sandwich and she really enjoyed it. It was a special so they don't offer it on a regular basis. Overall my experience was amazing. The staff is so professional and helpful and they don't rush you to make a decision. Oh I almost forgot! Try to Jamaican patties! Doesn't matter the flavor they're all good. No it won't taste like a traditional beef patty but it's still good!

Instant save! All vegan food, fresh pressed juices, ample seating, plants all around, and oganic/natural products for sale. We ordered two juices that were delicious, exactly the flavored you'd want and expect when you buy something that's fresh pressed. Breakfast is served all day so my table ordered two vegan egg sandwiches that were tastey. Whatever sauce they use had a little heat and plenty a flavor - definitely a plus! The sandwich itself was loaded with onions, lettuce, cucumber, pickles and tomatoes with a chikepea based egg, which as a vegetarian, I certainly enjoyed. I'm not from the area so I usually look for vegan places when I'm traveling and Nourish is on my places to revisit when I'm in town. Street parking.

I tried this place and it did not disappoint. First of all, amazing service. Very friendly workers and they bring your food out to the table which I did not expect because it's a very chill, takeout type place. I got the enoki mushroom sandwich and it was everything I wanted and more! Mushrooms fried to perfection. It has soooo many tasty toppings. My only complaint is that it was super large and hard to eat! I also had the hibiscus drink and it was delicious. Will be needing to come back! I personally don't like cake, but I did want to point out that they have quite a lot of single packaged slices of cake. Lots of variety. So if that's your thing you should check it out! Also had a juice freezer with a ton of types of juices and they also talk about the benefits of different types of juice, which I love. They have soursop juice which I'll need to try next time because it's not very easy to find! Lastly, they have a tiny corner holistic health corner which is really cool. Sage, palo santo. Lots of oils and things. Teas. I'll need to be going back for some of those goodies.
